Shipping Policy
We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.  Our business is located in Canton, Ohio.  At this time, we do not accept orders from outside the United States.
 
We can add a gift card if you are shipping your order to another address for a gift and we will not include the invoice in the shipping box.  For a small additional charge we can wrap your present too, look under "Gift Wrapping".
 
Payment Policy 
We gladly accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.  We also accept payments through Paypal.  We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your information with any outside party.  Your information is soley used to process your order.
 
Order Policy  
Please check the spelling of all names on your order carefully as we are not responsible for incorrect information that is given.  We will embroider the information exactly as you have ordered. 
 
PLEASE check your email for a copy of your order and notify us immediately if there is any change.
 
All personalized products are non-returnable/non-refundable.  If the product is defective or we make an error in the personalization we will gladly replace the product.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
If you make a mistake when you order the product and we have delivered the item, we will replace the item at 50% of the cost plus shipping.  You must call within 5 days of receipt of the product for a return authorization number to get your replacement made.
